salsa

Yesterday I made salsa. It was delicious! The recipe is based upon one that we got from about.com.

4 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
6 small cloves of garlic, minced
about 10 tomatoes
Cilantro ( just add till it taste right to you)
lime juice ( keep adding a little bit, till it tastes right)
salt and pepper to taste

  1. If you have time, dice the tomatoes. But if you need to hurry it up a little you can throw them in a food processor. If you do it that way core and cut the tomatoes into quarters. Put the tomatoes in a large bowl.
  2. peel and quarter the onion, peel the garlic and take the cilantro of the stem. Chop in the food processor.
  3. Mix the onion, garlic and cilantro into the tomatoes. add lime juice and sat and pepper.
Enjoy!

Hope you like it!
