4 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
6 small cloves of garlic, minced
about 10 tomatoes
Cilantro ( just add till it taste right to you)
lime juice ( keep adding a little bit, till it tastes right)
salt and pepper to taste
- If you have time, dice the tomatoes. But if you need to hurry it up a little you can throw them in a food processor. If you do it that way core and cut the tomatoes into quarters. Put the tomatoes in a large bowl.
- peel and quarter the onion, peel the garlic and take the cilantro of the stem. Chop in the food processor.
- Mix the onion, garlic and cilantro into the tomatoes. add lime juice and sat and pepper.
Hope you like it!
